Back Orders

If an item is on back order, you will receive an email notification indicating that the product is not available. Generally, most back ordered items are available within 2-4 weeks. If at any time you want to cancel an order which is on back order, please contact customer service or email us. We will ship all in-stock items as they are available.

You will only be charged for the back ordered items as they are shipped. You will be charged for shipping, based on the cost of your complete order at the time the first portion of your order ships. Subsequent deliveries to complete the order do not incur additional shipping charges.
