Shopping at Hollyhock Batteries is easy!

 

Shopping On The Web To begin shopping click on the brand name or category of the item that you would like to purchase. Most have "sub-departments" to help you find the correct item. If applicable click on the department or sub-department to show the items available.

Find the item your want by scrolling down the list of items. You may add the item to your shopping cart by entering the quantity you would like and clicking the "Order" button to add it to your shopping cart.
A view of your shopping cart is shown. From your cart you can change the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart. At any time you can check your Shopping Cart by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top right of the screen.

When you are ready to complete your purchase click "Checkout" found at the top right of every page. If you are viewing your basket, there is an additional link at the bottom of the page for your convenience. The checkout page asks for your shipping and billing information.

 

  • Fill in or review your shipping and billing information.
  • Please note, any order with a different billing and shipping address will have the pricing and billing information removed from the packing slip that is included with the order. If you would like to receive an invoice please contact us with your request and Web Confirmation Number after completing your order.
  • Press the "Continue" button.

An order summary page will be displayed.

  • If your order is intended as a gift for someone and you are sending the package to a different address than your billing address, a personalized gift message can be entered.
  • If everything is correct you can then press the "Continue" button.

A page to review your order details is displayed.

  • You can choose a password and register with us. Doing so will save your name and address information, BUT NOT your credit card information. Registering allows you to login as a registered user and check your order status in the future.
  • This page also shows your billing and shipping information, and order details. You can review your order information and use the back button to make any changes.
  • Before clicking the "Complete My Order" button, you should review and *print this page, so you have a copy of your order information for your records.
  • Press the "Complete My Order" button to submit your order.
  • An email with your Web Confirmation Number and order total will be emailed to you confirming the order.

Hollyhock Batteries offers shipping options to meet your needs. You will be able to select your shipping method at Checkout, and the shipping costs will be calculated at that time (subject to change). Express 2 Day Shipping service is available to most areas. Shipping charges are based on the cost of the items ordered (not including any applicable taxes).

Additional shipping cost will incur for anything over 20kg.

The order process

 

How does the order process work?
Once you have filled your shopping cart and checked out, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation will include a Web Confirmation Number, which you can use for reference if you have any questions. Your order will be processed and your payment method verified during our next production cycle which is generally within the next 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). The order is picked, verified, packed and shipped to you. At the time your order ships your credit card will be charged for the total amount indicated on your order. You will also receive an acknowledgment via e-mail that your order is on its' way, including a tracking number where applicable.

How can I check my order status?

If you have registered, you can check your order status on-line simply by logging in and viewing your order history and order details. You may track your order by following the directions under "ORDER STATUS".

The recipient of the package will receive a packing slip detailing the items included in the order. An invoice containing pricing information will not be included.

Can I cancel my order once I place it?
You have the option of changing and canceling your order during the Checkout portion of the order process. If you wish to cancel your order you have placed, you may contact our Customer Service center by phone +61 3 9415 7701 Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time, to see if the order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we suggest that if you wish to cancel, you return the shipment after you have received it.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can add a gift message to your order if the shipping address differs from the billing address. Returns

 

How can I return an item that I received as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it for an item of equal value you may follow the return shipping instructions on the packing slip. We are unable to issue a refund to a credit card other than the one used to make the purchase.

What is the return policy?
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. If you are dissatisfied with any of the products you purchased for any reason, Hollyhock Batteries will accept the merchandise for either a credit or exchange. If the product is being returned for credit, only the credit card used to purchase the item will be issued the credit.

Returns for credit or exchange will be honored if:

  • Product(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
  • The "Return" portion of the packing slip accompanies the shipment with reason for return noted.
  • Product is packed in original packaging

We regret that we will not be able to accept returns for cash or credit from a gift recipient. We will gladly exchange the item for an exact replacement, or a credit against the another item.

Shipping charges are not refundable, unless they are due to a shipping or processing error by Hollyhock Batteries. If Hollyhock Batteries is responsible for the error, the return shipping charges will be refunded to your credit card.
